With the development of the network technology, blog has become the forth new type of network exchanges mode after E-mail,BBS,ICQ, within a few years.Nowadays, "Do you Yahoo?" has been superseded by "Do you Blog?".As blog is all the fashion, Network Station Sina formally commenced the business of blog on September 8th, 2005. Lots of celebrities from different fields came to join the bloggers. Just because there were so many bloggers nationwide, year 2006 became the "Blog Year" of China. Famous actress and director Xu Jinglei's blog "Lao Xu's blog" gained 30'000'000 visit count within a few months. It became the Top 1 of the Technorati Top 100 Rankings. It was called "the No.1 Blog in the world".When Celebrity Blog is rising, we should be aware of it's problems at the same time. As a newborn thing, Celebrity Blog has not been in a perfect state. We should offer reasoning guide to it, so that it will develop better.The thesis studies Celebrity Blog in the angle of communication, integrating theory with example. It aims to find the right way to guide the development of Celebrity Blog, and promote the cause of the network in our country. It defines Celebrity Blog as a new kind of mass communication information fiat. Then, it analyzes the features of Celebrity Blog in detail. And the feature "level stepped over", which both meets the needs of the celebrities and the recipients is the real cause that Celebrity Blog could develops so fast within such a short time.The thesis firstly analyzes the favorable situation of Celebrity Blog in our country, then analyzes the problems via different communication factors. And it makes a thinking on the development of Celebrity Blog.
