Design And Implement Of CRM System Of Medium And Tiny Trading Enterprises

CRM is a kind of new management mechanism that aiming to improve a relation of the business enterprise and customer, and raise customer's loyalty and satisfactions.With the development of global economic and information technique revolution,the technology of CRM is developed rapidly,and many commercial software system and platform of CRM appear.More and more internal enterprises quicken the application of CRM,but many of them are behindhand obviously in the field,one of the most important reasons is lacking of suitable CRM software system.Under the enviriment,the author designed and realized a CRM system for medium and tiny trading enterprises.Base on analysing the need of customer relationship management,the author designed three-lay system frame including database,WEB application and WEB Client,using model of overlap transfer strategy.To enhance system security,the author designed and realized security limit model base on role control using RBAC.The system is implemented in Intellij IDEA JAVA and PostgreSQL.A CRM system on the research above is used in a Suzhou digital supermarket.The thesis presents the function and implement technology of the system,and its applications.The system provides referrence for inernal and external CRM application providers in the progress of researching and popularizing. It is benefit to improving the information process in the internal medium and tiny trading enterprises.
