At present, people depend more and more on media recognizing outer world, and we have already entered the media society. The new we-media such as Email, QQ, BBS, Blog, etc, also joined the ranks of media. The modern society has been filled with crises, which break out frequently and destructively. Until now, there has been much research on crisis communication, but the studies such as putting crisis communication under the background of the we-media times, are not too many.This paper attempts to do research on the combination of the crisis communication and the we-media times. Taking Blogs for example and on the basis of comparing the traditional media with the we -media, this paper illustrates that Blogs have broken the former hegemony of popular media's saying power, and have brought the change of the saying power. And then , by studing the characteristic,mechanism of Blogs and so on , the paper interprets the change of the saying power is a double-edged sword for crisis communication with its positive and negative influence. At last, in the frame of"communication flow"theory, the paper revolves around"how to control information flow, guide influence flow and eliminate noise flow", and attempts to give some advice on how to deal with the new questions with government and company's crisis communication.
