Application Of VPN In XX Integrated Information Network

Network application has become into the mixed style of data, audio and videofrom the single data transaction with the rapid developing of society and networktechnology. The VPN technology occurs when more and more network virusthreatens network security. MPLS VPN and IPSec VPN are two kinds of moremature and advanced technologies at present and they have their own strong point indifferent application field along with some shortages at the same time.XX Integrated Information Network of XX province had adopted permanentvirtual circuit multiplexing of Frame-relay technology to build the 2nd and 3rd levelof the long distance network in the whole province. The data, audio and video couldbe transmitted in this platform. The above network can not meet the newrequirement with the rapid developing of information construction in XX Provinceand should be upgraded and reconstructed urgently.Firstly the paper discussed the theoretical principle and technologycharacteristics of MPLS VPN and then gave the design and implementation of the1 st phase reconstructive project. The integration resolution based on CE was finallyproposed to meet the high requirement of network security in the 2nd phasereconstructive project after the in-depth research of the IPSec VPN and MPLS VPN.
