In recent yeares, the internal networks have become key components of infrastructures of many companies. MPLS developed in the mid/late 90's of last Century, was used commerically after 2000. With years' developments, MPLS VPN has played an important role in the telecom Market due to its quick short label switching technique and supporting QOS. Most Carriers in the world use the MPLS network to provide service to their customers.This thesis at beginning compares RFC2547 based MPLS VPN with other VPN techniques such as FR VPN, ATM VPN, VPDN and IPSec. By analyzing the basic theory, network structure, network interconnection and summarizing the features, It discovers the advantages of MPLS VPN.This thesis then provides a CoS scheme to realize QoS in MPLS network , and also provides a solution for how to guarantee the end to end QoS when MPLS VPN running accross different ASN networks, and it was verified by a test.By analysis for many actual MPLS VPNs, it provides a programming scheme for VPN sites based on the function, scale and economic issue of the sites.Access solution is also an important part of MPLS VPN, this thesis provides a total solution for how to build a all-around MPLS VPN by summarizing present access technologies and extending to 3G broadband mobile network.
