The combination of Medical Image based Computer Aided Diagnosis(MICAD) and Medical Image has become a new hotspot gradually. Thedevelopment of MICAD is a complex procedure, and it's a cross-disciplinary.it need not only the rich Medical knowledge but also the other branches suchas computer artificial intelligence, database, graphics, image processing.Image processing module in aided diagnosis system is most important. Acomputer-aided imaging system to deal with a good part of their success is avery important factor.In this paper, we introduce the concept of medical computer-aideddiagnosis system, history, principles, the status quo. Then we raised thequestion of how to solve the medical digital imaging and computer-aidedmedical diagnostic system interface standards and communications problems.Then we analyzed data sets of the medical digital imaging andcommunication standard and the level of the organization structure andcoding analysis. Give the interface in 2D, 3D Client aimed at Digital Imagingand the medical digital imaging and data communications standards in thecomputer display and processing.Then we focused on virtual endoscope, the medical imaging part of thecomputer-aided system. Propose a solution of it. And then we develop asimple virtual endoscope. In the process of the Virtual endoscopedevelopment, the use of VTK development kits simplifies the process of therealization of the algorithm; improve the efficiency of the algorithm.
