With the development of electronic technology and information technology continues to develop, development and construction of a modern hospital system have entered a new phase of information.The defects of traditional imaging system based on analog signals in imaging data acquisition,display,storage and processing areas become increasingly clear which hinder the development of Hospital Information System.Therefore,the research of digital medical imaging systems and related image processing technology has important academic significance and application value.This thesis focuses on the problem of space-invariant endoscope image restoration. On the base of a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of endoscopic images and the different restoration methods,this thesis studys and applies homomorphic filtering and adaptive regularization methods to recover motion blur and defocus blur endoscopic images.Experiments prove that the method of homomorphic filtering can effectively identify the parameters of motion blur,defocus blur,and mixed blur images,and the effect of noise-free image restoration is good.The method of adaptive regularization can effectively solve the "ill-posed" problem in restoration of the noisy images.On this basis,to solve the less efficient problem for color image restoration,this thesis presents a color image restoration method in YUV color space,which reduce the amount of data to process by half by reducing the number of image channels to process.Experimental results show that this method results in ensuring the recovery while substantially increasing its processing efficiency to meet the real-time image processing requirements.Finally,the thesis design and implement a medical endoscope imaging system.The system mainly includes digital image acquisition,image processing,information storage and DICOM interface modules.It is verified that the system is fully functional,stability and easy maneuverability in clinical use.
