Circulating water plays an important role in industrial development, it has many functions, such as it can improve efficiency of production, reducing the cost and the energy consumption of water resources, protecting the environment and increasing the integrated effectiveness. The traditional method of dosing is using conventional instrumentation to control, but this method is very difficult to control and the control is not precise. Therefore, this paper uses the low cost fieldbus control system based on fieldbus technology to control and manage the process of whole experiment.The paper detailedly expounds the design and realization of fieldbus control system of water dynamic model equipment. The entire system has functions of management and control, the lower computer can carry out cascade control of the input temperature, the control of cycle flow and all pump, valve of experiment. The upper computer operation can achieve the managing functions, such as the show of historical curve, the generation of report, the interaction of the man and machine."Centralized management, decentralized control," is the characteristic of the low cost fieldbus control system. The characteristics of the design: first, it adopts the monitoring software based on LabVIEW DSC, which is program for graphic language, making program more simply, saving development time and more realistic interaction; secondly, the lower computer is adopt the self-developed, low-cost monitoring and control intelligent component, which carry out the acquisition of real-time data and the control function of system and can reduce the cost. Finally, the OPC technology is use to data communications between the master and the slaver computer. It can significantly enhance the operation among the control systems, devices and the process between management applications, so it can improve the openness of the system. The whole system is safe and reliable, it has perfect functions, easy operation, lower cost.The entire system is debugged configuration application in laboratory, the data transmission is fast, the speed of switching of interface is fast, the effect is very well. Through the practice, it has proved that the low-cost fieldbus control system is very applicable to small process control system.
