Fiber optic sensor has been highly valued due to its high temperature resistance,resistance to electromagnetic interference,small volume,ability to work safely in bad environment and easy to achieve network.The applications of fiber optic sensor gained in importance and is widely used in the power industry,bio-medical,transportation.The Internet of Things become a national and regional development strategy,the excellent performance of fiber optic sensors used in the Internet of Things is one of the important direction of technological development.The application of fiber optic sensors to the study of Internet of Things is of great significance to the development of national economy,science and technology.This paper focuses on the combination of fiber optic sensors in industrial applications and Internet of Things,the main work is as follows:1.Based on the optical fiber sensor signal remote wireless transmission,the combination of web technology and database technology to achieve the transmission of information and remote monitoring.Nowadays web technology and database technology are the main information service technology.Three-tier architecture,including the browser,web server and database server.The client in the browser to access the data stored in the specified database server,which can ensure that customers and servers in the data integrity,effectiveness,timeliness,selectivity and security.In the three-tier architecture,a PC with the browser and the corresponding network support are enough for the client to access the data stored in the database server.2.The signal of sensors recorded in the database is through a way combination LabVIEW and the database.As the fiber optic sensor with modulation and demodulation process,LabVIEW has an irreplaceable advantage in signal acquisition,test analysis and data display.LabVIEW's interactive measurement,automated code generation,and the ability to connect with thousands of devices make it easy to complete data collection.It is precisely because LabVIEW and optical fiber sensor closely development process,so that we follow the way of using LabVIEW to combine with database.In order to deal with a large number of data of sensor,we need to integrate rapidly,manage reasonably and organize effectively the information.Therefore,database-centric and management as the focus,to build a database based on data management virtual instrument system is an efficient way.3.ZigBee has a prominent advantage in the stability and reliability of data transmission.ZigBee is an outstanding technology with short distance,low speed,low power,low cost,low complexity wireless transmission.Transmission rate of ZigBee is from 2Mkb / s to 10 Mkb / s and transmission distance is from 10 meters to 75 meters.ZigBee has a strong endurance,strong application reliability and networking capabilities.With the combination of wireless network and sensing,the formation of ZigBee network can be achieved monitoring within the scope and information can be achieved close-up transmission.ZigBee is considered as one of the most promising sensor network devices due to the recent concept of the Internet of Things and the Internet Plus.
