Design And Implementation Of Universities Network Digital Office Automation System

It is an important part to build Network Office System in college. For the specificity of higher education, the Office Automation System should have some features as following: security, maintainability, scalability, confidentiality, efficiency, controllability etc. Moreover, the OAS with all features above must be built on a software development platform which is secure and efficient.This thesis mainly elaborates the structure and relative technique of J2EE-based OAS. Through system design and coding, this thesis layouts the application of Digital-OAS in college. The Software Engineering is used for needs analysis and design. According to different users, this thesis produces samples through needs refinement. Therefore, the Data Object Model is abstracted. And the DOM use timing and state diagram to describe main business process, so the function modules of table and process customizing and of user managing and log managing is achieved.Basing on perfecting the system design, this thesis designs and develops the function of user management, table customization, process customization. Also does this thesis analyze the outcome and perfect the database design till achieve the whole OAS.This system changes the old situation of manual operating. The management efficiency is extremely improved after the OAS has been put into operation. However, some of the function modules still have problems because of the inadequate development cycle. They should be improved in the future.
