With the increasingly serious energy crisis and the enhancing the consciousnessof the protecting the environment, many countries deploy and use the high effectiveand clean energy sources. Coalbed gas is shaped during the procedure of coalificationand is composed of methane mainly. Coalbed gas is a clean and effective energy. Thedevelopment of coalbed gas are gained attention by government, and is very useful toimprove the structure of energy and atmosphere environment.Due to the exploit and use of coalbed gas need a set of intelligent and automationsystem, so based on the Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) systemswe can construct the automation monitoring and control systems for the coalbed gasstation.Firstly, we investigate and survey the potential market of the coalbed gas, and themethodology of how to collect and use in the industry.Secondly, we design a CNG (compressed gas station) which includingcompressor, high pressure dewatering machine, filling machine, measuring unit andpressure regulating unit. The whole SCADA system consist of three parts, i.e.monitoring center, programming logical controller and industrial Ethernet, which areused to collect various parameters.Lastly, combined the practical engineering requirement, the center controlsystem are connected with four compressor, four high pressure dewatering subsystemand drain contamination system by using Ethernet switch. We have designed themonitoring interface based-on the Kingview platform. The CNG station monitoringsystem runs smoothly and stably. |
