In the domain of ECM, the frequency information of radar signal is important parameter for signal choosing, menace recognizing and guidance ECM.The signal environment of ECM is more and more complex, so frequency measurement methods must be high-speed and precise in broad frequency band. Accuracy of measuring radar carrier frequency with traditional analogue receiver is low, and not satisfying. However, with Large Scale Integrated circuit technique development, wideband digital receiving technology is an important trend. Wideband digital receiver places its Analog Digital Converter (ADC) as near the antenna as possible to cover a wide survey band. With data rate converter, the high data rate after ADC is decreased while the information bandwidth of the target bandpass signals is kept well. By applying programmable device, like Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA) or Digital Signal Processor (DSP) etc, more signal processing methods can be carried on to get detail information about target signals.In this paper, frequency measurement based on DFT technique is analysed in detail.A arithmetic of adding-zero and glide is proposed to processing overlap data.This arithmetic is helpful to design a real-time disposeing digital channelized receiverthe. A design method of channelized receiver based on poly-phase filter is discussed. This method resolves the contradiction between the high-speed ADC and low-speed digital signal processor. The method of inspect signal and frequency estimation with high precision after channelized is analysed,The design about correlative modules are simulated and tested with hardware,and the result is satisfactory.
