The strain gauge force sensor is mainly composed of strain gauge and elastomer,in which the commercial strain gauge is not only small in size but also available in many kinds and specifications,and the elastomer can also be designed into different forms according to different use scenarios.Based on the above advantages,the sensor is widely used in the field of measurement and control.However,the sensor still has some problems such as small output signal,single structure,poor temperature stability and material selection of elastomer.In this paper,the main problems of strain gauge force sensor are studied as follows:?1?Based on the ANSYS software,the reasonable elastomer model is designed within the range from the point of view of material selection and structural design of sensor elastomer.?2?Aiming at the problem that the strain gauge force sensor is easily influenced by temperature,a genetic algorithm optimized BP neural network?GA&BP?algorithm model is constructed to compensate the temperature of the sensor;a precise constant voltage source circuit is designed to meet the different power supply needs of sensors and other modules;the instrument amplifier is designed to replace the differential amplifier circuit,thus further improving the sensor accuracy.?3?This paper designs a set of intelligent force measurement system around STM32F429IGT6 single-chip microcomputer system.The temperature compensation algorithm model is solidified in the measurement system to realize the temperature compensation of the sensor.At the same time,the key information,such as temperature and predictive power,can be transmitted to the corresponding mobile phone screen through bluetooth for real-time remote viewing.The results show that:?1?The elastic strain of the sensor is close to the strain limit within the design range,which greatly improves the measuring accuracy of the strain gauge force sensor.?2?After compensation by GA&BP algorithm model,the zero temperature coefficient??0?of the sensor is increased from 1.74×10-3/?to 8.28×10-5/?,which is increased by two orders of magnitude,and the sensitivity temperature coefficient??s?is increased from 2.17×10-3/?to 1.03×10-4/?,which is an order of magnitude higher.It is proved that the GA&BP temperature compensation model can effectively improve the temperature stability of the sensor.?3?It is known from linearity,repeatability,hysteresis and accuracy that the intelligent force measurement system has excellent static performance.
