Research on the dynamic strain testing instrument based on micro-computer communication is introduced. In hardware and software we adopt different measure to improve precision and ability of anti-jamming. The instrument communicate with upper compute in asynchronism serial communication. The relevant communication protocol are used for control-data and time-data.AT89C52 compatible with MCS-51 is the center of the dynamic strain impact testing instrument. The system include center process unit, signal amplificatory modules, signal collecting modules, monitor interface modules and power supply modules. The system software is composed of down-computer software and upper- computer software. Because of the high executing efficiency of the assemble language, it is used to write modularized program for the down-computer softwareThis testing instrument has the function of testing static strain, dynamic strain, dynamic load-coefficient, frequency and so on. The apparatus and the upper computer application may fit to the needs of dynamic strain impact testing apparatus of beam with equal strength and may be used to other dynamic testing by setting different parameters. |
