This subject is a technical innovation item of Anhui Gitire co. ltd.Aiming at the original system was of poor performance incombustion-efficiency, energy-cost, speed-control, transmission andreliabity, meanwhile considering the invest cost and the benefit, theprimary control scheme was changed to meet the need of manufaturesitution. The contents of this subject research is in the followingaspect:Based on analyzing the control manner of the breezer, it wasconfirmed that variable-frequency speed control manner has economizeadvantage over the inlet baffle control one, so the variable-frequencyspeed control manner was adopted.In accordance with the requirement for the technical innovation ofthe burning system, a real time data memory system and data service weredeveloped, supplying a new approach for saving- invest as well as newproduct update.Three sensors were applied to choose the middle one from the threemeasuring data, which supplied the technical innovation in burning systemwith an accurate control signal, and on the base combining with thepractical condition, the control scheme was designed, now it has obtaina better benefit in saving the investing cost, decreasing the fault rateof the equipment and the energy cost.By analyzing the no. 8 lower-temperature and lower-pressure controlsystem actuality vice facility status, a resolvent was provided to solvethe long-standing problem.In accordance with analyzing the taphole equipment defect, it wasconfirmed that improving the equipment, which guarantee the systemchartered with high reliabity and safe operation.
