Freezing method shaft sinking is the main means of the construction of coal mine shaft,the control of saline flow is based on past experience and the construction hole temperature, freezing temperature data in nowday,there is no standard theory,that makes the analysis of data on temperature, flow control does not play a role ,utilization is very low,also can not be real-time control.that makes the temperature field analysis of the results can not fully reflect the actual situation of frozen wall.On the other hand sinking in the freezing method is the use of many asynchronous motor to drag the centrifugal pump, but the induction motors are the largest power equipment, in general in order to improve the safety factor, motor selection are larger capacity, so easily give rise to operating efficiency and power factor reduced, resulting in a great waste of energy.This topic was designed the intelligent variable frequency energy-saving control system of mine shaft sinking freeze station which include temperature detection system,flow detection system and Centrifugal Pump VVVF System.It makes a comprehensive analysis by fuzzy control algorithm for temperature and flow analysis results. It Ultimately control the pump speed to change the cooling capacity of the scale.This design is use of the structure of a single-bus temperature detection system and the flow of electromagnetic flowmeter Detection System .This topic using the MATLAB software for the controller simulation. Through the simulation test, the paper obtained by using fuzzy control of energy-saving control system of VVVF step response curve has increased rapidly, regulation and high precision, good steady-state performance, over the course of short, small overshoot and so on. So the use of fuzzy control intelligent control system for variable frequency energy is feasible and effective.
