The main objective of this paper is to study the new support and optimization forthe logistics supply chain management system under the global informationconditions. Based on the emerging SOA, mobile OSGi framework, RFID equipmentand technology, We point out the technical points which can be improved in theexisting supply chain management system and give the goals and significance in thespecific application system with recent technology development.Firstly, this paper analyzes new challenges of the supply chain system. After thein-depth research to the existing SOA architecture technology, we discuss theapplication advantages and something which should be improved of it in the supplychain system. According to the characteristics of the agility and rapid response tobusiness information and data of the new supply chain system, and using EnterpriseService Bus Tchnology Design, and the BPEL technical workflow application, westandardize the supply chain of information flow Standards, and emphasize theapplication advantages of SOA framework, and solve some key problems such asAgile Business in the supply chain systems.Then against so many mobile devices and requirements for a large quantity ofinformation transmission in the supply chain system, combined the SOA and OSGiframework, we show the innovative way of mobile equipments access to resources,and achieve the running of SMF model on mobile devices. With mobile devicesrunning without network, automatic update services, and combining RFID radiofrequency technology, the application integration of supply chain systems areactualized.After in-depth research of technology, we developed the prototype system and theapplication conditions for project deployment, then the integration experience ofvarious technologies are obtained in the new application environment.
