Research On Supply Chain Coordination And Inventory Optimization Model Based On RFID Technology

The global economy began to gradually move towards the trend of integration of development. Cooperation and competition between supply chain enterprises exist at the same time, which became more obvious. At present time, there is a big a dilemma of those enterprises in supply chain. There ares less contact between each link of enterprises. But with the intensification of the market competition, all aspects of the supply chain enterprises need mutual cooperation and design a better contract of cooperation to achieve win-win situation.That is the key to become supply chain coordinated development. Due to the uncertainty of inventory easily lead to inventory losses and easily lead to failure to meet consumer demand in a timely manner, so we need to choose the right way to effectively monitor inventory for different enterprises in the supply chain. Using RFID technology can ensure the supply chain link transparent monitoring and thus improve the overall efficiency of enterprises in the supply chain.Based on this background, we analysis of domestic and foreign research present situation, research on the premise of the implementation of RFID technology.We concluded that how to achieve supply chain coordination and inventory optimization problem. We did a research on supply chain coordination analysis between the supplier and the retailer two-stage supply chain, detailed discussed in the use of RFID technology and not the implementation of RFID technology in the supply chain after the contract function, sharing frequency identification tags can help dealers improve income and reduce risk.For the optimization problems of the inventory in the supply chain,we do the research in different circumstances the order quantity.If the different alternatives and RFID technology and vendors exists, the ordering strategy should completely different. For the implementation of RFID in the supply chain, under the premise of proper RFID tag cost coefficient, if there is RFID in the supply chain or not suppliers can ger higher profits by setting an implementation RFID in supply chain than not.But when consumer demand is relatively low, using RFID technology not only bring ratailers too much profit, it will also reduce its income. We concluded the optimal order quantity according to the different situation.In this paper now, we concluded supply chain coordination and inventory optimization of the actual situation. Based on the above theory and model study,we have fully awared of the RFID technology can bring great value for the development of enterprises.So we should continue to tap the new mode of radio frequency identification and to expand the scope of application of RFID technology.
