Study On The Development Of Chinese Television Situation Comedy

Throughing collecting and collating the related data of Chinese TV Situation Comedy and analysising and comparing the representative works of text, the author summed up the historical developing vein of China's TV Situation Comedy in this paper. Combined with the current Chinese popular culture background and the ways of the audience to accept the information and their demanding characteristics, the author also summed up the characteristics of Chinese TV Situation Comedy in the making, the form and content from the dissemination angle.Furthermore, the author also selected some representative works of Chinese TV Situation Comedy in different stages of development, compared from the aspects of Producers and Distributors, the credits form, the basic types of scenes and language areas,etc., then summed up the changes that have occurred in the growth process of a homemade Situation Comedy localized in China, namely the diversifications of the Producers and Distributors, of manifestations, of subject areas and of dialect form. In the end, the author put forward some proposals for the development direction of Chinese TV Situation Comedy, pointed out that the Chinese TV Situation Comedy should make a further development on the large-scale and industrialization; make the development of the associated products after the carry-out of the comedy; give full play to the superiority which the television disseminates; adopts various kinds of televisions expressing means; lay stress on the features of the television Situation Comedy as a kind of television program; and expand the areas of the Situation Comedy subject in order to win an even broader developing space.
