Design Of NGN Network Management System And Research Of System Information Models

According to the uniform plan of the project of fixed network of China Telecom transformed to intelligent network, every sub-company will develop the transformation to intelligent network project in Guangdong province. In order to realize it and offer more service for users, they need to add lots of new devices such as soft-exchange and SHLR. We need to establish complete maintenance system to ensure the development and normal run of the new operation. NGN network management system is constructed for the effective and correct run of the new added network. Because the intelligent network is in the process of continuing construction and perfection, it is required that its network management can not only finish the maintenance of existent system, but also meet the requirement of future. The designing and the realization of NGN network system are important for the development of the NGN operation and the transition to the next network.Nowadays, we are in the primary stage of NGN construction. The detailed requirement of NGN network management is from the original exchange network management and the demand to new added intelligent devices is in the continuing perfection. Therefore, we need to get a complete solution for the designing of the system structure, the definition and management of the flow of the process inside the system, the definition of the system function and the construction of the inside processing models.We propose the designing scheme of the NGN network management and the method of correlative information model construction, referring to the technology criterion of NGN network management and using object-oriented modeling theory and metadata extraction. We designed different data source data concentration model, Worksheet automatic change model, managed object data description model and data denotation and description model through the difficult technical problems in the system construction. We prove its feasibility and correctness by coding and application in real-world. We put emphasis on dissertation of the designing of the network management and the method of model construction. We get excellent results after the application of the system.
