With the rapid development of communication technology, the telecom network is evolving to NGN, which is more open and flexible. NGN has some potential security issues in network architecture, protocols and network management, etc.The network security situation assessment technology can effectively slove these security issues.The next generation network security situation assessment system (NGNSSA) is a special risk assessment tool for NGN.The system must manage large-scale distributed storage of data, support a large number of concurrent accesses,and provide different services for different users.So,a simple database is difficult to satisfy all the requirements,and data caching technology is a good choice. But now there is no good data cache which directly addresses all the requirements of the system, so it is necessary to study special data cache for NGNSSA.This paper deeply analyzes all the data access requirements of NGNSSA, proposes a suitable hierarchical data cache model,and researches some key problems of the hierarchical data cache model,including cache work method, cache replacement policy, and cache consistency maintenance strategy. The hierarchical data cache model has high data access efficiency and strong scalability. The hybrid cache replacement policy has good versatility and excellent performance, which is able to adapt to a variety of complex data access scenarios.The conflict matrix based cache consistency maintenance strategy has strong flexibility, easy realization and small extra overhead.
