This time, the company develops the MMS management system, because the existing MMS management platform could not satisfy the requirement as the service development. The service deploy is so scattered, and the functions in product publication, remarketing and system monitoring are not enough. In order to satisfy the future service development and to provide a credible platform support, new requirement of the MMS platform is put forward.The paper according to the CMPP of China Mobile Company, defines the development of the MMS management system, and the implementation of this platform.The paper takes author's participation in the construction of the MMS management system for background. Firstly the paper analyzes the system requirement and architecture on the whole and explains the scheme of the technology and platform deploy that this system has chosen. The core of the paper is the detail design and implementation of parts of the function modules of MMS system according to the work that the author did, which are project management module, sample MMS management module and news resource management module. At last, the paper makes a conclusion for the system and the research result.
