Research And Implementation Of Intelligent Services In Next Generation Network

Alone with the increased demand of intelligent services in the next generation network and the progress of the new technology, the intelligent services research which is based the next generation network has become a hot topic in the current research step. As the representative technology of these intelligent services, soft-switch and Parlay can realize the separation of logical service and exchanged control and they are the ideal platform applied in the new intelligent services.As the basic of research, the paper began with the introduction in which not only gave the research background and purpose, but also had a brief introduction of supporting environment in. the next generation network service and the knowledge of Parlay. Then, the paper analyzed the flaws of traditional telecommunication network and the requirement towards the next generation network. For explaining the intelligent services of the next generation network, the paper provided several examples and brought out an indispensable, comprehensive, satisfying and unified service execution enviroriment to ensure the faster service deployment and a safe, reliable operation. This paper analyzed and has realized two intelligent services of the next generation network: Instructed Telephone Service and Alarm Service. In the design of service module, the research used a developed frame that was based on the state machine model. In the end, according to the requirement and detail demand of intelligent services, the research produced the strategy and testing methods of intelligent services. Through several designed examples used in an alarm service, the research has proven the validity of those testing designs.
