| Monitoring for anomalies in the alumina sintering process, we collected the impact of the sound data of aluminum finished clinker with roller kiln the alumina cooler clinker kiln. The sound data files stored in the terminal equipment ARM development board. We set up a small LAN and sound data is sent to the background workstations by the LAN. Workstation received a sound file filtering, spectral analysis in order to judge the sintering process in the abnormal state of the finished aluminum, and provide a reference for staff in a timely manner to rule out abnormalities.This article is based on the S3C6410development platform with ARM11microprocessor, combined with the WinCE6.0development environment. This article describes the technology of the industrial field sound signal acquisition, transmission, analysis and processing Use of the advantages of embedded technology, network transmission and data processing technologies to solve the problem of industrial field data collection, transmission difficulties, data analysis is inaccurate. Due to the complexity of environmental factors, acquisition and transmission of sound, the maintenance of terminal equipment are difficult.
