Flame monitoring and combustion diagnosis based on digital image technology is the focal point of the flame monitoring and combustion diagnosis domain both in domestic and overseas. It is a new and potential technique for combustion condition diagnosis.Firstly, by analysis the pulverized coal flame digital images, analyze the flames appearance, flames chromatic ness, flames temperatures field etc flames characteristics. Secondly, using spectral measurement of flame and optical spectrum approach researched the flame's visible radiation, before using the image colorimetric pyrometer research flame's image. Thirdly, we optimal design the spectral measurement based the results of optical spectrum researching. And research the combustion diagnosing temperatures field by using the colorimetric pyrometer approach. We invent a new super high electromagnetic field gradient formative high temperature gradient means for stabilizing combustion and free oil ignition. |
