Over the years, the Library Science Undergraduate Education has been the focus of concern, because it involves not only the cause of the present library building, but also the future of library, the training of library personnel and the strategy of sustainable development education. It is a very important project. Where should the library science undergraduate education go? Library Science education should be reformed to adapt to the social, economic development and the development of Library. First, grasp the development direction of library science and demand characteristics; secondly, grasp the level of demand, clearly different stages of the professional education of library science; furthermore, establish and improve the continuing education.Now, the researching on the library personnel training, focusing on the teaching philosophy, teaching, training programs and curriculum, the issue is more macro. Pay less attention to innovative spirit and practical ability of students to the training. Although some scholars have conducted a preliminary study on this issue, but it is not systematic, the concern was not related to academics.Through extensive research, understanding the training requirements of library science, master the status of library science undergraduate creative spirit and practical ability. Put out the training strategy about creative spirit and practical ability of our country library science undergraduate: microeconomic and curriculum reforms, curriculum reform, in order to seek a road for training library innovative personnel.
