Design And Implementation Of Management System For Undergraduate Innovation Project

With more and more attention paid by the domestic institutions of higher education to the cultivation of college students' innovative spirit and ability,colleges and universities have carried out various kinds of innovative and experimental plans in order to keep up with the pace of social development and to satisfy the public needs for a large number of diversified high-quality talents.With the in-depth development of various undergraduate research and innovation projects,the project applying and managing process is becoming more and more complicated.Moreover,the manual management mode fails to function well currently on the ground of the difficulty and complexity of project management.Therefore,this paper proposes to build a management platform for undergraduate research and innovation projects,and make full use of computer technology and information network technology to carry out scientific and effective management for undergraduate research and innovation projects and improve management efficiency.This paper makes detailed analysis and design based on the requirements,development status and characteristics of the innovation and entrepreneurship project management system for college students and the nature and process of university innovation project management,so as to put forward a complete and reasonable plan to solve the problem of the low efficiency of decentralized management using traditional spreadsheets.The innovation and entrepreneurship project management system for college students adopts B/S architecture to realize zero maintenance from the client side;uses Java language in combination of Tomcat to develop the system,uses MySQL database to store the data from the system and adopts data sharing techniques and Internet technology.This system has completed the main modules of the innovation and entrepreneurship project management system for college students,including user registration module,project application(AUDIT)module and other functional modules.The research and development of this project has played a positive role in the management of innovation projects in colleges and universities.
