With the fast development of computer and network technology, all universities in China are strengthening dynamics of information technology education. The integration of information technology and curriculum(IITC) has already become the strong power of education reform .The organic integration of information technology and curriculum will has the great significance to deepening the teaching structure reform, optimizing teaching effect, innovating education idea, enhancing the teacher and student's information accomplishment as well as cultivating the student's innovation spirit and practice ability.IITC is becoming a hot spot in the reform of education, which brings about much research on it. But, the majority of research is mainly in view of technology and theory .Few research is about the developing process of IITC, especially to the multi-national area colleges and universities, which is hardly found in the consult materials. Through inspecting the development situation of IITC of Guangxi university nationalities, this paper discovers the existed question and obtains, analyzes the question and proposes the countermeasure, and makes the judgment to its development tendency. The starting point of the research is to obtain a better use for the information technology in the multi-national area colleges and universities, and propose the guidance significance suggestion for the further promotion of teaching. This article makes an attempt to conducting the research through the unions of the development history inspection, the present situation investigation and the practice example.First, the theory of IITC is introduced in this paper. Then, it has conducted the research on the development situation of information technology of Guangxi University for nationalities through the method of the historical document reference and the questionnaire survey. After carrying on the statistics and the detailed analysis to the investigation result, the author points out the existed problems in the process of integration of the information technology and curriculum of Guangxi University for nationalities, and put forward some advice for reference. Finally, integrating practical work, the author gives the practice example of the integration of information technology and curriculum.
