The Reserch Of ERP Project And Implementation In Carrier

This thesis do some research on the process management of ERP implementation, give an Enterprise Oriented ERP Implementation Guide (EEIG).Under this model, in the process of project layout, on the basis of WSBR, WSB is used to breakdown the project, product and the organization; In the process of system implementation,the ERP risk managementis discussed first, risk Chain Theory and Period Control Theory are used to analyze risk in ERP, PDCA method and Stoppage Tree to control risk during implementation. At the end of this paper, the Balanced Scorecard and fuzzy mathematics are used to performance measurement of ERP Project; The Gater map and Net map are used to control project process at the same time.On the case analysis of Carrier, this paper is focusede on the business map and second developing, and analyses the data flow of inventory management in ERP system.At the end of this paper, the Balanced Scorecard and fuzzy mathematics are used to performance measurement of ERP Project.
