Research Of Family Information System Based On ARM Processor

21st century is information century, with the improvement of people's living standard, the traditional family mode is unable to meet demands of modern family. mainly because the traditional family can't obtain external information automatically and can't work in coordination between different family nodes. Family's control system of further development information has already become the present urgent need. Compare with products of traditional family, the information family incorporates the characteristics of the computer, telecommunication and consumption electronic product into an organic whole, Make the electrical appliances have function of obtaining, processing, transmitting of information.,enable people to have a safe, comfortable, convenient living environment. Compare with ordinary family, The intellectual family not only has traditional inhabitancy functions but also changed into tools having dynamic intelligence from the original passive resting structure, Offering the omni-directional information exchange function, helping family and outside to keep information interchange unblocked, optimizing people's life style, helping people to budget their time effectively, strengthening the security of the family life, even saving the fund for various energy expenses. This paper regards the research of information family control system as the breakthrough point, and it is expected to expand to become the complete intellectual district control system through the exploration,studying of this subject , and put it into production.The way in which the family gateway insert into Internet is mainly inserting wiredly at the present stage. This paper has put forward a kind of familynet wireless inserting Internet scheme which taking embedded Linux as operating system based on GPRS network, which can control the controlling node through the mobile phone message long-rangely, and can insert into Internet through Ethernet and realize the combines together with the wired and wireless.Conbining with arm,field bus,embedded Linux,VC,Wireless technology,transducer measuring and GPRS network. technological means ,design a kind of comparatively complete information family control system,accomplish the work ofsoftware design,hardware design and etc,and verify the designed system's validity and practicability. The system is mainly made of the following parts: ARM-based familynets, GPRS module, nRF905 module as the host computer and nRF905 module as subsidiary computer. The wireless communication way is adopted inside the family too.we can realize import terminals such as touch-sensitive screen, mouse,and etc. control of the system and autoalarm; on the far end, we can realize the long-range control and autoalarm based on GPRS and control to controlling node through the mobile phone message. The whole system should have good expansibility and commonability, so it is convenient to carry on the secondary development and expand on this hardware platform.
