| Today media industry merge already be in vogue in international, but our country media capital operation began just now in the exploration. Among this process, media enters the stock market have significance. Relative to radio and television, newspaper has different business structure, also displays the different pattern appearing in stock market correspondingly. In entire media plate, radio and television entering stock market occupy main body position, but newspaper appears seldom, moreover the course always twists and turns. As for newspaper, what going into stock market can bring about after all? If the pattern still have more space? These are the problems that we should discuss. This is also the main purpose of my dissertation.About the research, one is contained the discussion of media capital operation, another is in review on some newspaper. As a whole, the research is not in system, and don't have universality and prospectivity. Melting journalism, economics and management science, my dissertation comments about newspaper entering stock market systematically; and attaches importance to exploration of the universal law; and tries to bring forward a few prospectivity suggestion.Starting with macroscopic view background, my dissertation analyzes why newspaper want to enter stock market in our country. The third chapter reports the current situation systematically. Achievement coexists with problem, the fourth chapter analyses the problem, exploring the universal law. How to balance the economic attribute and the social attribute is the problem worth to be paid close attention, so the fifth chapter discusses this problem alone. The final chapter has future in mind, submitting a little superficial suggestion. |
