Fierce market competition and customers' diversified requirements,make the Multi-categories and small-batch become the mainstream of theproduction mode. In these enterprises, products are always multiple withsmall batch and low repeatity. Processes are changed frequently.Production plans are not veracious and hard to be executed. The productionprocess is also not controllable. So these enterprises need an applicableproduction planning and control system to meet the practicalrequirements.In the background of one large mould and die enterprise in Dongguancity, this paper pays attention to the multi-project planning, monitoring,scheduling on the stochastic environment. Firstly, this paper analyses thestatus,characteristics and the existent problems of the productionmanagement in the enterprise, mainly in the problems of the projectplanning, monitoring and scheduling;Secondly, due to the fact that theduration of tasks in mould and die project is often uncertain, this paperput forward a new mould and die template with the stochastic probabilitymodel, and uses it to make the project plans; Thirdly, aim at the problemthat the enterprise lacks one effective method of controlling and dynamicscheduling, this paper combines the Markov chain and establishes astochastic monitoring and dynamic scheduling model, and adopts amulti-steps greed algorithm combines some heuristic policies. The resultof the demonstration proves that the algorithm is effective to solve theresource-constrained project scheduling problem.Finally, according to the enterprise' s practical requirements, wehave designed corresponding function module of a system called projectmonitoring and dynamic scheduling, and have adopted the platform DotNETand database management system SQL Server2000 of Microsoft to develop anorigin system having C/S structure.
