A Design Of Weight Dynamic Test System And Application

The information about the vehicle, such as its weight, its position, its route and so on, was concerned by the vehicle's administrant in the field of carrying trade. By studying dynamic multi-sensors monitor system, this paper completes the multi-sensors modeling and the data-collector designing.Firstly, this paper introduces the theory of using multi-sensors to measure one force and brings up one new special module, the load's mathematic module, by which the measure results of multi-sensors are converted into the object's accurate weight.Secondly, this paper brings up the new integrated project including the hardware's and software's designs about the data-collector and some interrelated designs. The new design has successfully passed the test and meets the requirement of this project.Lastly, this paper has give some advises about the new design's applications.
