As a renewable and clean energy,solar energy has been widely promoted and applied in our country in recent years.At present,solar energy utilization mainly uses photovoltaic and solar thermal utilization,of which solar thermal utilization has reached 80% market share in China.However,due to the low degree of informatization and the lack of specialized information service platform,the traditional solar thermal project can not obtian the system operating data in real time to analyze the system stability and related energy-saving indexes.The purpose of this research is to develop a multi-function data collector which integrating remote login,local database storage,web publishing and remote software updating function.To provide support for functions of real-time data collection,energy measurement and statistics,fault diagnosis and alarm and energy consumption auditing for the remote monitoring platform of solar thermal utilization system.Taking solar energy hot water system as the object,this paper investigates the development of the project in the past ten years.With reference to relevant national standards,to design the data acquisition point and research on energy measurement formula for the double-tank hot water system.The ?C/OS-II platform data acquisition was tested in system application,based on the test results to make improvements and optimization.The main optimization as follows:(1)In terms of hardware,the STM32 chip is replaced with the Samsung Exynos 4 Quad chipset of the ARM Cortex-A9 architecture,to overcoming the difficulty of processing complex applications with limited processor capability.(2)In terms of software,the ?C/OS-II system is upgraded to Linux system.Combining the B/S and C/S framework to eliminate the limitation of view data only on the upper computer.(3)In terms of remote control,establish a secure and efficient SSH server to avoid the risk of missing control instructions due to network instability.(4)In terms of file updates,transplanting NFS clients to implement remote file update function.Avoid the inconvenience that the developer must arrive at the site for the update.(5)In the aspect of data storage,transplanting My SQL database to realize data distributed storage.Solve the problem of data loss caused by the collapse of the data center in the traditional C/S mode.After repeated testing and modification,the optimized data collector not only achieves the expected design effect,but also provides a good platform support for the high-end application of solar thermal utilization system in the later stage.
