With the development of industrial Internet and industrial process automation,the types of industrial field equipment are increasing,and the industrial process data parameters are becoming more and more complex,which puts forward higher requirements for the real-time and reliability of the perception execution layer of the industrial system.The original data acquisition architecture can not guarantee the reliable transmission and real-time processing of marine industrial data.This thesis designs an industrial edge data collector based on the architecture of "cloud service + edge service",which improves the real-time performance,universality and data security of the industrial data collector through cloud edge collaborative processing.The main contents of this thesis are as follows.Firstly,thesis studies the development of industrial Internet,cloud edge collaboration and other technologies,describes the research background and development status of this topic,and designs the architecture of industrial edge data collector.The industrial edge data collector is composed of data acquisition module,cloud service and edge service.A reliable and stable data transmission network is established through MQTT protocol to realize the interconnection among industrial field devices,edge sensors,edge controllers and industrial edge data collectors.Then,the function of edge service and cloud service is designed and implemented.Edge server is designed by C# language,which mainly realizes MQTT message agent function,and completes data analysis,data distribution,Redis database storage and other tasks in MQTT message agent.Edge server also ensures the security of internal data through device identity authentication and subject permission setting,and prevents malicious devices from accessing and acquiring industrial process data.In addition,the edge server is designed with graphical display interface to improve the visualization of industrial data.Alibaba cloud Internet of things platform is selected for cloud service,which provides device access,web visualization,real-time alarm and other functions to complete the processing of industrial data with low requirements for data security and real-time processing.Then the function of the edge data acquisition module is designed and implemented.The data acquisition module completes the collection,encapsulation and transmission of the original industrial data,realizes the MQTT client using the Lw IP protocol stack,establishes the data transmission channels with the edge server and the Alibaba cloud Internet of things platform,and completes the reporting of the original industrial data.In addition,the topic tree management of data acquisition module and the implementation of edge side function configuration are also introduced.Finally,the definition and data analysis methods of standard JSON format and custom packaging format are introduced and verified to realize the data encapsulation,edge service and cloud service data analysis task of data acquisition module.The design of the industrial edge data collector has the characteristics of high data security,good flexibility,strong scalability,high real-time and good data visualization,which is conducive to the development of industrial Internet.
