With the rapid development of electronic technology and computer technology,more and more attention has been paid to the electromagnetic compatibility of electronic equipment.If electronic equipment does not have electromagnetic compatibility,it will bring electromagnetic pollution to the environment.Electromagnetic pollution not only causes the misoperation of electronic equipment,but also brings hidden dangers to people's personal safety.Therefore,it is pressing to improve the electromagnetic compatibility of electronic equipment.Smart data collector is widely used in electric power,chemical industry,coal,metallurgy and other industries,for the acquisition of large equipment's vibration data and temperature data,in order to monitor the normal operation of large rotating equipment.So it is required that the smart data collector should not only collect all kinds of data accurately,but also work steadily in bad electromagnetic environment,and it will not affect other devices.Therefore,the smart data collector must have strong electromagnetic compatibility.At present,there is no corresponding product standard for our smart data collector.In order to improve the electromagnetic interference capability of the smart data collector,according to the electromagnetic compatibility theory and the national standard GB/T17626.2,3,4,5,6,and 8,combined with the practical application of the smart data collector,we have designed the method of the 6 kinds of disturbance test for data collector,carried out the test and the result analysis.we also analyzed the cause of the failure in the test,put forward the improved circuit,and carried out the verification.The main work that we have done in this article will be shown as follows:First,we have studied the circuit structure and application environment of the data collector,and analyzed the source and transmission path of the interference in the working environment.Sencondly,according to the national standards,we have analyzed and studiedthe formation mechanism and test principle of electrostatic discharge disturbance resistance,electrical rapid transient pulse group disturbance resistance,surge disturbance resistance,radiation disturbance resistance,conduction disturbance resistance,and frequency magnetic field disturbance resistance test.Combined with the practical application of the smart data collector,we have designed the method of the six kinds of disturbance test for data collector,and carried out the test and result analysis.Thirdly,we have analyzed the technical path of the smart data collector against electromagnetic interference,studied the measures of ESD and surge protection,analyzed the problems in the tests of ESD immunity and surge immunity,put forward the improved circuit,and finished the verification of the test.At last,We keep track of the practical application of the improved data collector,and apply it to many fields.The data acquisition is stable and reliable,and there is no abnormal phenomenon of data acquisition.
