Design And Implementation Of School Network Office Automation System Based On ASP.NET

Network office automation (OA) system is a new type of official business combining modern office with computer network, which makes information transferred in a more rapid and easy way, expands the means of official work and brings about high efficiency in official work.The OA system in this thesis is designed by ASP.NET of Microsoft. ASP.NET is a popular technology of the advanced Active Server Pages (ASP) with high executing speed, simple encoding and high security etc. Owing to these characteristics, it is supported by the small and middle enterprises. In addition, ASP.NET provides a great deal of simple controls, powerful class libraries, and excellent code structures, which makes the systems of ASP.NET possess a fine frame , develope in a short period and expand easily . This thesis makes a good use of the characters of ASP.NET in developing WEB-based applications, draws out experiences from practice and describes the developing process of a complete system in detail.Using the OA system of Harbin Shipping School as background this thesis presents the whole process of implementation from the investigation of business flow to the initial design and detail design, then to the realization of system. Moreover, the developing principle, characters in function, scheme in design and methods of implementation are given out in the thesis.The system includes the functions such as employee management, email management, relative management,position management, role management, management of check on work ,student management, bulletin management etc. It satisfies the primary demand of school network official business. The system has been used in the school. It is shown in practice that the system can improve the efficiency of official business in school.
