ICT (Industrial Computerized Tomography), owing to the feature of being able to display the inner structure, composition, material and default status of the inspected objects with 2D slicing image, clearly, accurately, intuitively and without any loss to the inspected objects, is awarded as the best inspection technology without loss nowadays. 3D reconstruction technology based ICT slicing image combines Digital Image Processing and Computer Graphics, etc. According to the image information of section slice, it can reconstruct 3D CAD model with relative arithmetic and program. In this way, we can show the inspected object's inner structure features and loss degree intuitively. At the same time, adopting VTK image process technology based on pixel volume, it can realize the 3D reconstruction based on pixel volume, cutting reconstructed pixel volume at random direction, and according to the interpolation of image layers, exacting the data of cutting slice image.3D reconstruction based ICT slicing image need do a series of preprocess to the 2D silicing data to get the effective and precise sequence layer data, then research the geometric feature and topology constraint relationship concealed in the data, finally use 3D processing with the right reconstruction arithmetic.The main researches are as follows:1. Introduce the development history of ICT and the technology of ICT slicing image processing detailed. Research the technology of filtering the noise and density measuring based on image gray value, gray value transform and the technology of image segmentation by special value.2. Research the technology of contour extracting, tracing and optimizing for the contour data, solve the problem of the vector process of contour data and provide the interface----IGES format for the universal CAD software and reverse engineering software system, do the contour features recognizing based on curvature method and fitting the contour feature curve.3. Research the connotative geometric features and topology constraint relationship in the contour data based on sequence image, reconstruct the CAD model. 4. Adopting VTK image process technology and the interpolation of layer image pixels, reconstruct the 3D pixel volume based on the slicing image, and realize the cutting of the pixel volume at any direction and reconstruct the cutting plane image.
