Research And Implementation Of Automobile Guarantee Fee Settlement Services And Decision Supporting System

In recent years, China's automobile industry has developed rapidly, in order to stand in an invincible position in the competition, manufacturers attach importance not only to the development of production technology ,but also to after-sales service. Many large enterprises have established their own after-sales service systems.Guarantee fee settlement is an important part of the after-sales service and occupies a very important position, so guarantee fee settlement network services are demand of business development. For many small and medium enterprises without financial and technical strength to build their own service system, the popularization and development of the network technology provide a new solution for enterprises' after-sales service. Recurring to the automobile industry chain collaboration platform, a collaborative after-sales service management solution based on an ASP (Application Service Provider) for small and medium enterprises is provided, and the guarantee fee settlement service system is designed and implemented.The thesis studies the business and guarantee fee settlement function of the modern automobile manufacturers' after-sale service. By investigating small and medium vehicle business and consulting relevant information, business process of guarantee fee settlement is mastered, a business model and the function model—Use Case model is established. By analyzing the economic and technical conditions of parties in automobile industry chain, the solution of guarantee fee settlement based on the automobile industry chain collaborative platform is put forward; and deployment model is established according to overall solution, the module functions and associated technology, including object persistence technology and Reporting Services technology are introduced in detail. Besides, the decision-making demand of enterprises is studied; the accessories fault analysis prototype system based on data warehouse is designed according to the enterprise's accessories fault demands, the decision-making and implementation techniques are also introduced.
