Research And Implementation Of Collabrative After-Sales Guarantee Fee Settlement Management System Based On The MVC Framework

At present, the auto industry is very fierce competition. The pressure of the competition and the change of market environment make more and more car manufactures to divert attention to the car’s after-sales service market. The auto guarantee fee settlement management of the automobile after-sales service is the most important and complicated business, need all participate in after-sales service enterprise operate collaboratively. Reliable after-sales management has been regarded as a powerful competitive advantage and gets fast development. But, for most small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) which are limited by money and technology, they have no independent ability to support a perfect after-sales managent system. So,through the automobile industry chain collaborative platform which is based on the ASP (application services provide) for after-sales management is very necessary and wise.In this thesis, the system is facing most small and medium-sized car manufacture enterprise which cannot independent support of a perfect after-sales management system. This thesis is research and analysis the collaborative after-sales management system based on automotive industry chain collaborative platform at first, including the collaborative after-sales management system’s overall business collaborative process, management model, solutions and the collaboration between all participate in after-sales service enterprises, then based on that, this thesis studies the guarantee fee settlement management of the collaborative after-sales management. Through analyze the collaborative guarantee fee settlement management system based on the automotive industry chain collaborative platform of some automobile manufacturers, combined with the guarantee fee settlement management demand, put forward guarantee fee settlement management system solutions which based on automobile industry chain collaborative platform. The system makes the enterprises who take part in after-sales guarantee fee settlement management in realized business cooperation, make business processing speed up and reduce the cost of guarantee fee settlement. At the same time, this thesis study the problem of the existing system in the development and application, through the analysis we found that the main reason of the original system will have problems is because the original system user interface layer existing tight coupling. In order to solve the problem, the thesis is put forward to the solution that use the traditional MVC model into the system development by the ASP.NET MVC framework under the.NET platform, building the collaborative guarantee fee settlement management system based on MVC framework. And it uses this framework technology application to collaborative guarantee fee settlement management system development; make the system user layer decoupling. This thesis constructs the system structure and working process based on MVC Framework, and through the analysis and design of user interface layer under the MVC pattern, realized the Collaborative after-sales guarantee fee settlement management system based on the MVC framework at finally. Through the "modularization" though application of the system, make the user interface layer and business logic layer decoupling, the development of the system is more suitable for the team cooperation way, it also can rapid response user need in later maintenance, the system can be expanded, replaced, and can be tested.
