Issuing the product information is the important way for enterprise to do network marketing. How to promote one's own product, obtains the customer's cognition, is the critical problem which counts for enterprise's survival and the development. The fast development of Internet technology brings the unprecedented opportunity for the electronic commerce as well as the invisible pressure.As the Web2.0 idea's spreading and penetration, the individual information service becomes the on-line hot spot. Its appearance causes the custom-made information into possibility. User may choose information channel according to individual favorites and get information service from it. The B2C shopping website also hope to provide the similar product information service. However since various factors limit, website can't aim at any consumer to issue product information which only belongs to him; Moreover in issue form, it can't renew information as necessary as possible like the channel, either.The paper is on the basis of "take the customer as the center" idea, embarks from user's expense psychology, and analyzes expense behavior in the network marketing thoroughly. The paper points out the influence and the deficiency which existing B2C website commodity information issue pattern to the expense behavior and then proposed the solution which combines the commodity information issued and the individuality. Its goal is to design commodity information pushing system which can intellectualize analyzes the user custom and the expense tendency, improves the merchant grade of service. In carries on the effective analysis to the customer commodity information browsing behavior in the foundation, using the data mining technique, the Web information acquisition technique and the information pushing the technique and so on link and so on realization which to customer information gathering, the customer expense tendency determination as well as pushed has carried on the plan and the discussion, and the preliminary structure left the collection commodity information, the merchant information, the commodity knowledge and so on the multiple messages pushes the system model to a body commodity information.In the fourth chapter to the system behavior analysis in, how carries on effective information gathering to the user browsing behavior, how carries on the quantification to user's expense tendency as well as how realizes pushes is the research key point, proposed" to the behavior statistics of "Click Again" and "Click More", the price tendency and the brand tendency computation as well as the content, the quantity and the opportunity definite method of pushing and so on.
