As the supply side structure reform furthering, and innovation in removing excess capacity of bulk commodity upgrading, the domestic bulk commodity business platform is flourishing. But the electronic payment on the platform has been the weak link in the system. The models such as third party payment institutions and banks & enterprises interconnection are not well suited for bulk commodity trading patterns. There isn’t any standard product developed for the bulk commodity industry in Unionpay and other national payment platform. In addition, interface standard of homogeneous platform is different. Information islands and disorder of transmission specification hinder the development of online payment The same type of trading platform ignores the need for expansion. Its software structure is sealed. It has many other issues, such as repeated construction and difficult-to product development, etc.By studying the same type of payment platform, this thesis collects and analyzes relevant technical data, discusses information security and data exchange program. According to the characteristics of the bulk trade transactions, using XML correlation technique, this thesis designs and implements a bulk payment platform software system. The system meets the actual business requirements and the enterprise standard. Most of all, it has the function of flexible payment. This platform has a strong expansion performance, a high adaptation capability, and can provide uninterrupted service. The main research work and the main results of this thesis are as follows:1、Combined with bank’s payment message, this thesis designs a general data exchange scheme, solves docking problem of the payment interface between enterprises and banks, enterprises and UnionPay, enterprises and B2B.2、This thesis defines a scalable data storage structure, object properties and flexible extended data structure, and realizes the data storage and transfer function with flexible payment character.3、Due to the research of safety technology, this thesis designs and implements the interface with the bank and China UnionPay system to ensure the security of payment channel stable and reliable.4、Using J2EE framework, this thesis designs and implements the daily reckoning function and striking balance function which meet the demand for bulk transactions, and realizes the transaction function and payment function under the both-side mode and the three-side mode.Through the effect of on-line operation and software testing work, the payment platform, which solves the demand for bulk transaction payment, is verified. It provides a demonstration for the industrialization and productivity structural reform and innovation.
