Data Exchange Of Agile Supply Chain Based On Web Service

Data resources in an Agile Supply Chain are with the distribution and heterogeneity. Therefore, in order to implement data integration and exchanging, the ones must take into account the following problems: data format transformation, data transplant, Cross- platform, semantic conflict and integrality restriction etc.XML technology can provide the extensible data exchanging format; HTTP protocol is widely used in internet; Web Service adopts the HTTP-based SOAP protocol, can present a convenience Web access interface. Thereby, the data exchange approach using XML and Web Service technology is an excellent solution to exchange the data in different formats. This thesis developed a data exchange platform based on the Web Service architecture.In this thesis, we addressed an integration framework of Agile Supply Chain based on Web Service. On the base of the framework, we first discuss a data exchange process based on unified data exchange specification, then present a data exchange platform model and verify it by principle tests. In addition, this thesis also points out that the data exchange between firms can be easily implemented by building data exchange specifications of Agile Supply Chain.
