The Realization Of Autostereoscopic Display In AutoCAD

This study is the further development of AutoCAD for the autostereoscopic display functions.The present paper has provided the basis of the autostereoscopic display structural design and the STEREOVIEW software design; It has elaborated the realization mechanism that is the further development of AutoCAD for autostereoscopic display function, and introduced the establishment for the stereoscopic camera, and promulgated the relationship between the establishment for the stereoscopic camera (namely double viewpoint) in 3D hypothesized space and the horizontal potential difference on demonstration surface. It has made use of the image engine development tool bag for managing pictures in AutoCAD, and has realized shrinking and moveing stereograms and column-interleaving to compose the stereograms through extracting and reorganizing the odd and even pixels. It has experimented on a autostereoscopic display designed by the Huadong photoelectric technique institute of Anhui province and has obtained the good stereoscopic vision effect.This paper studies AutoCAD 3D display technology in the application. It is precisely in order to make the customers be able to watch their 3D effects when drawing models in AutoCAD. Meanwhile, this paper is the expansion for autostereoscopic display.
