Recent years, with the deep development of integrated automation in industry, integration of divice management and control is a main trend of industrial control development. Industrial Ethernet technology implements the connection between field device layer and enterprise management layer seamlessly and solves the problems of fieldbus technology (incompatibleness, hard to interact), is thought to be the best way of network control in future.This dissertation designs a temperature loop control system platform based on Industrial Ethernet technology, selecting soft logic controller ADAM5510EKW/TP , applying Multiprog development environment kingview programming to implement the communication between up-computer and controller through Industrial Ethernet. At mean time, supervise and control picture of temperature loop control system is designed, users can check the dynamic trend historical trend of temperature through the picture and also set initial temperature value and other parameters.Main work of dissertation as follows:1) Integration and debug of temperature loop control system.2) Implement single-loop PID control, try to choose a group of right PID parameters and provide experimentation results.3) Get the object modle through the step respond identification method.4) Based on the modle, optimize PID controller parameters according to vector multiobjective optimization method, provide the experimentation results.5) Aim at the existing problems of optimization temperature trend, develop MPC (modle precictive control) arithmetic using MATLAB, then make MPC arithmetic into COM componets using MATLAB com tool.; Create an EXE program including OPC client function using VB development environment, then call the interfaces of COM components and return outputs through caculating of MPC arithmetic; Transfer the outputs to OPC server so as to control ADAM5510EKW7TP, provide the experimentation results."Research on Temperature Predictive Control based on OPC Technology" ,this dissertation not only implements the multi-node supervise and control but also provides a way of temperature control using advanced control arithmetics.
