Research On The Strategies Of Safeguarding The Information Of Digital Records

With the development of e-government and auto official, more and more files,documents are born and existed digitally. Due to their specialty, how to keep these digitalrecords safely, and maintain their accessibility is a challenge. In this thesis, the author firstintroduces the achievements in this field home and abroad, then analyses the features andsafety requirements of digital records, as well as the main factors that threat the safety ofdigital records. On such a basis, the author discusses the macro strategies in five aspects,i.e., law,standards,management,person of talent and technical solutions. In the end, thearticle discusses the disaster of digital records, backup and how to make a successfuldisaster recovery plan.
