Construction And Application Of Inner Mongolia E-Port

This thesis describes the Inner Mongolia E-Port construction background, technology, design and application.According to the memo made by Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region government and China Customs, which it's purpose is construct Inner Mongolia E-Port together, Hohhot Customs will work for this task, others interrelated department, such as Banks and Revenue, assist Hohhot Customs. The Inner Mongolia E-Port will be constructed for public data service and data exchange. It put imports and exports management information fund information goods information into a center database. It will provide data exchanging for different departments and regions. Corporations can also use it.Inner Mongolia E-Port will be a symbol of modern foreign trade, which can realize justice quality and open government. There is three points, first advancing government efficiency, second, making imports and exports more integrity strident, finally, reducing foreign trade cost.According to Inner Mongolia characteristics, we design a collective management information system. We collect imports and exports management information fund information goods information and distribute them. We use digital sign and encrypt for information security. We transmit data by using XML and message queue. We make a groupware by Visual C# .Net providing web server by IIS.After having constructed E-Port system, the units could exchange their data and report. It has an important role in strengthen the management of foreign trade, improve administrative efficiency and promote export-oriented economy.
