| In integration of the present E-government system, the treatment to " detached island of information" is a key problem to be solved. If to want to totally include these isolated information nodes in the systematic frame of the E-government or enterprise's information system frame,then an appropriate Local Information Exchange Paltform must be designed.This paper has mainly studied a Loacal Information Exchange Platform's design and development,which based ACE(ADAPTIVE—A Dynamically Assembled Protocol Transformation, Integration , and evaluation Environment------Communication Environment) middleware technology,and has made some improvement to ACE technology frame which used according to practical application need. The concrete work is:Firstly this paper has summed up the principle of information exchange, and has set down the procedure, protocol of information exchange.Divide the whole system into two major module of data transmission and data interchange according to the general principle of data processing. What the module of data transmission is adopted is ACE Proactor single mode,and What the module of data interchange is adopted is the Active Object mode based on ACE Task frame.Secondly, it has done the corresponding improvement to ACE Proactor frame according to the needs of reality, The improvements are mainly divided into two respects: 1)Adopting and adding extra data head methods of 8 byteses to solve glueing packs and half packs of treatment while transmitting properly; 2) hiding and drawing in the internal handle and encapsulating in ACE Proactor frame.The purpose is to turn the processor mechanism based on completion port into the mechanism of completion processor distributing based on Service Tactics.The improved frame can dispatch the corresponding Service processor according to user's customized service type.It has also decomposed the Active Object mode into Proxy,Receiver Implementation and Scheduler in the article. Its purpose lies in separating processing inside in the Active Object mode from the external method and realizing.The user who use the improved Active Object can use it through The Proxy not to know it's processor mechanism inside.Finally, this atticle has introduced CDR code mechanism , And has Seal the concrete data form conversion method, has produced the Format conversion engine on the basis of Xerces-C, others module functions finishes the conversion of XML file and CDR code through transferring this engine.At present, this system has been tested by Hang Zhou Suny-Way company's Test department, and it has started the test run in policeman's system of the Hangzhou city. |
