The Design And Implementation Of Government Information Exchange Platform In Xilingol League

Information resource is not only the foundation of the society, economy and culture, and also supports the development of modern society. The government information share is the most focus of the information society. With the accelerated process of urbanization and modernization, the demand for government information share has become more and more intense. In order to achieve the greatest information share degree among Xilingol League government and all levels of departments, it is very important to develop a unified application platform which can integrate the government information resources in Xilingol League.With the demand of Xilingol League government, this paper designs and implements the government information exchange platform. The function interface of the platform is very easy to operate and the procedure is conducive to the maintenance.According to the software engineer idea, this paper completes the design and implementation of the government information exchange platform, and also introduces the difficulties, details and design ideas of the platform. The paper analyzes the whole system according to the feasibility analysis, functional requirements analysis, non-functional requirements analysis, architecture design, module design, database design, interface design, function detailed implementation and system main workflow.In this paper, the realization of the government information exchange platform has some typical characteristics, which include:(1) this paper combines with the actual situation of the whole area of Xilingol League to implement the information share platform, which involves relatively large scope and scale;(2) as an important part of the government SOA integration system, the government information exchange platform provides information collection service and information search service;(3) information acquirement supports two ways: manual upload and auto information grab, but also supports information index and fuzzy search for plain text.
