The Design And Implementation Of Document Management Sub-System In Harvest Fund Corporation's KM System

How to design and implement the document management sub-system in knowledge management system of Harvest Fund Corporation is described in this paper. Through this sub-system, all users can browse and report their information, and the managers of the Fund Corporation can create, browse, search, check and modify the information of all users.I expound this sub-system order by requirement analysis, general design, particular design and testing according to software engineering. The requirement analysis show the way of operation, technology and function, and show the function architecture and model. The general design expatiate the software environment and function list. The particular design consist the operation flow design and database design of the sub-system. And the emphasis including of: modification, reporting and auditing.The developing and manufacturing environment of the application system are both BEA Weblogic Server 6.1. The database is SQL Server 2000. The application based on J2EE platform with multiple tier architecture. The EJB components are used to manage the users of the application system. By this way, we can use the code repeatedly and condense the cycle of development. The system can be more flexible, available and maintenanced.
